Mission Statement: Jeremiah Haruna

I joined the Aula Fellowship because I believe AI governance must be shaped through inclusive, informed, and globally representative conversations. My work sits at the intersection of law, AI governance, privacy, and public policy, where I help organizations implement responsible AI and data governance frameworks. As a lawyer from the Global South working across Africa and the United States, I am committed to bringing diverse legal, cultural, and community perspectives into global AI discussions. Through Aula, I hope to bridge research and practice, amplify underrepresented voices, and help build governance frameworks that enable innovation while promoting trust, accountability, and equitable outcomes for everyone.
