I share Aula’s mission of promoting an interdisciplinary approach to AI technologies. AI is a generalized tool that increasingly impacts a wide range of sectors, and I firmly believe that specialists from different fields and areas of knowledge must collaborate to ensure that these technologies are developed and implemented in a responsible, ethical, and inclusive way.
Drawing on my background in philosophy and education, as well as my practical linguistic experience in training advanced AI models, I hope to contribute meaningfully to current discussions on the implementation of AI in educational processes. In particular, I am interested in examining the potential challenges and risks AI may pose to students’ development of critical thinking, reasoning skills, information literacy, creative writing, and other essential soft skills.
