Smith is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Southern Queensland, specialising in technology law, focusing on the intersection of regulation, user rights, and ethical digital practices. She works at the intersection of technology, society, and governance, committed to advancing solutions that safeguard users and strengthen accountability in digital environments.
